That may sound like a monumental ask, but when you break it down, is it really that difficult?  After all, we do this for sales people all the time. 


By combining his fascination with e-commerce approaches to personalization and customer conversion with how Marketing Automation giants can serve up leads to sales people everyday, our CEO Brad DiPaolo came up with a vision to create a recruitment marketing engagement platform that combined these two strategies into one candidate conversion powerhouse.

Chief Executive Officer


Bradley DiPaolo is a seasoned recruiter, marketer, results-oriented visionary leader, and keen strategist. Bradley served as the Director of Business Development and General Manager for Next Level Group. He started his career in Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership roles, including Key Account Manager with Priority Management Atlantic; Business Development; and Career Broker with The Staffing Exchange.


Bradley's unwavering dedication to success has earned him recognition within the industry. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Education from the esteemed University of New Brunswick (UNB), he embodies a unique blend of knowledge and experience that consistently propels him toward outstanding outcomes.






Sebastien Aube

Chief Technology Officer


Sebastien Aube, a seasoned Software Developer with an extensive track record spanning over 20 years in crafting scalable end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft.NET framework.


In 2006, Sebastien established Cognitive X Solutions Inc, a renowned firm focused on Custom Software Development, IT Staff Augmentation, and Web Development services. Currently serving as a Senior Security Systems Engineer at L3Harris, a prominent defense and space manufacturing company, Sebastien continues to demonstrate his expertise and contribute to the advancement of innovative technologies in the industry.

James Whitelock

Marketing Director


James has over 15 years experience in the online and digital world, working his way up from a developer to Digital Strategy Manager and now is Managing Director for ThinkinCircles, a Recruitment Marketing Agency for Staffing Firms in the UK.


James thrives on working with companies that are struggling to bring their vision/values to an online audience. His specialties include social media strategies, digital strategies, website design and development, project management, SEO, online data protection, online best practice, accessibility, branding and engagement
