We ran a campaign to just under 200 potential nursing graduates, which resulted in 89 students being hired and working on the floor in less than 2 months
We created a multi-step email campaign that asked students questions at each step along the way. As we created these progressive profiles of students, we used that info to target students who were ready for placements now resulting in 89 students being hired.
A highly personalized email was sent out to all potential grads inviting them to take part in the student placement program

Based on information collected throughout the campaign, highly personalized offers emails were sent out to eligible grads with preferred location, start date and more.
191 potential students were placed into the campaign, email open rates were as high as 88% and 89 students were placed into nursing roles within 2 months of launching the campaign.
