You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

• Upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

• Use the Services to send spam, harass candidates, or misuse candidate data.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

• Fees, billing terms, and renewal policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

• Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

• Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. CandidateHub does not store payment details.

5. Candidate Data & Privacy

• You retain ownership of all candidate and organizational data you upload.

• By using the Services, you grant CandidateHub a limited license to process, store, and use data as necessary to provide the Services.

• Our use of data is governed by our [Privacy Policy] and [Cookie Policy].

6. Intellectual Property

• CandidateHub and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, and content.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

CandidateHub may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., ATS, CRM, analytics). Your use of such integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms.

• Misuse the Services.

• Fail to pay applicable fees.

You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we may delete associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• CandidateHub disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CandidateHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CandidateHub harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
